Track and Field conditioning starts Monday Nov 14th

Track and Field conditioning will start next Monday November 14th. Practices will be split between boys and girls for social distancing purposes avoiding large groups. Girls Basketball/Volleyball Workouts

Girls Basketball workouts will begin next week on Monday Nov 2nd. Check in starts at 3:45 in between the gyms. Practice will run from 4-530. Our student-athletes have been outstanding throughout virtual learning. Many have maintained a great work ethic while adapting to a new style of learning. Although sports have not officially started we want to continue to recognize students who are going above and beyond in the “classzoom” and on the field. Keep up the good work RAMS!

Baseball Workouts Begin Saturday
